CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please reach out to customerservice@straplessaprons.com within 24 hours of creating your order and we will be able to modify or cancel your order as long as the order has not been sent for shipping.

You will receive a series of automated emails at the following stages of fulfillment: order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and shipment delivered. You may also sign up for SMS updates at the order confirmation page directly after checkout.

Reach out to us with your order number, and we will start an investigation with UPS. If the package is actually lost we will send you a new one ASAP.

Yes, we have the capability to ship to multiple addresses. There may be a fee included. Please contact us at sales@straplessaprons.com to make specific arrangements.

We do offer wholesale prices on all our products to like-minded stores, boutiques, hotels, and restaurants all over the world. Send us an email at sales@straplessaprons.com and we’ll send you our wholesale terms and conditions.

Right now we offer HTV customization for a small fee. Reach out to us before placing your order and we will get back to you with prices, production and delivery times!

As we are new, we are starting with the "oh so flattering black" for our aprons. For bulk orders of over 20 we may be able to change colors! Reach out to us at sales@straplessaprons.com for more details.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our factory is animal friendly and employees are encouraged to bring pets in. Each apron is thoroughly inspected, but may contain cat and/or dog dander.

The face of our apron is %100 waterproof.

The Pangwangler and Ready Freddy aprons are both one size fits all. Please review the sizing chart on THIS PAGE when selecting a 1, 2, or 3 Scoop Little Black Dress apron.

Just wipe with a damp cloth. For best results, hand wash and hang dry out of direct sunlight. Our apron can be machine washed on gentle/cold, however the material will soften. For any more questions refer to our How It Works page!

Our aprons arrive wrapped in black tissue paper, sealed with gold labels then boxed. If you have any other wrapping requests, please reach out to customerservice@straplessaprons.com and we'll see what we can do for you!
